Minority groups are not provided with access to the National Ballet. The organization has an opportunity to engage in the conversation about diversity and for it to become an integral part of the organization’s identity.

Through a partnership with Culture Days, National Ballet will create a workshop program where the youth of Canada will be able to spend time with ballerinas, and with their help, they will be able to use their identity and background to showcase what ballet looks like to them.
